Biography

Wayne was born in Wales and came to Canada when he was 6 years of age. Growing up, he had no particular interest in history. Then Wayne saw a heavy armour tournament at a Renassaice Festival, and new that that was what he wanted to do. He began riding lessons in the fall of 2001, and aquired a horse in the summer of 2002. He entered his first WCJA light armour style joust in June 2004. This led to an interest in the technical and historical aspects of the sport in the fall of 2004. Wayne hopes to gain knowlage and skill enough to compete on an international level. He also hopes to make his own harness over the winter with a little help from his friends.
